Scoil Cheoil na Botha - Scotstown, Co.Monaghan
' Scoil Cheoil na Botha' takes place on the 12th -14th October and will feature workshops on fiddle, flute, banjo, uilleann pipes, harp and piano accordion. Tutition will be provided by some of Ireland's finest traditional musicians, - John Carty (fiddle), Damien O Brien (fiddle), June Mc Cormack (flute), Enda Scahill (banjo), Tiarnán Ó Duinnchinn (uilleann pipes) and Oliver Loughlin (piano accordion)

In addition to workshops there will be a celebrity concert featuring the tutors and special guests on Saturday 13th. Sessions will be held throughout the weekend featuring the finest young musicians in Ireland - including Laura Beagon, Ronan O' Flaherty, Damien O'Reilly, Shane Mulcrone, the Mc Cague family, Seán Mc Elwain, Paul Finn, Erin Mc Geown and many more.

We are a group of individuals who play one of Ireland’s most traditional instruments and, as far as we know, the only place in London where you can learn to do so.
The Dutch Uilleann Pipers Club welcomes anyone with an interest in the Uilleann pipes, players of any level, prospective players, and non-players alike.

OaC is a new institute for higher education catering for students of all aspects of Irish tradition, history and literature. In addition to the weekend courses already in train we are organising summer schools and full semester courses for undergraduates and we will also provide facilities for post-graduate research.

OaC is based in Miltown Malbay, the birthplace of the renowned uilleann piper, Willie Clancy and home to the Willie Clancy Summer School.
